Your Tixr ticket is needed to enter the festival both days, for single day AND weekend tickets. All upgrades can take place at the box office before festival entry, upon availability. Wristbands will be given to you upon festival entry, after scanning Tixr ticket
All wristbands and tickets are associated with the name of the original order purchaser. Only the person whose name is on the order may receive direct support for wristbands.
Our team can only offer support to the order holder for ticket orders purchased through our official ticketing partner (Tixr).

The box office will be located at the main festival gates, you will need to park or get dropped off to access it. Parking will be free on Friday and $20 on Saturday and Sunday.

Wristbands can’t be removed or loosened once you put them on.
Only wristbands and tickets purchased through Tixr or Authorized Retailers are valid.
Wristbands are Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable and do not grant entrance into the festival, only Tixr Ticket does.
